Seven trades,
and what each one actually needs.
We build for seven trades: takeaways and grills, cafés and bakeries, barbers and salons, shops and trades, food producers, fashion and boutiques, and professional services. Each page comes out of our own build notes — what we actually built, what the owner asked for a fortnight later, and what went wrong — and names the published rules that bind that trade, from PPDS labelling to Strong Customer Authentication. No sector copy, and no client named who has not agreed to it.
- Takeaways and grills →Ordering, kitchen printing, kiosks and tills for takeaways and grills.
- Cafés and bakeries →Click and collect, pre-orders, celebration cakes, loyalty and tills for cafés and bakeries.
- Barbers and salons →Booking in as few steps as possible, no-show protection, staff logins and owner reporting.
- Shops and trades →Websites that bring footfall and phone calls for shops, showrooms and trades.
- Food producers and farm shops →Online shops for bakers, butchers, farm shops and producers, with wholesale and packing built in.
- Fashion and boutiques →Drop mechanics, per-size stock, notify lists and WhatsApp-first service for fashion brands.
- Professional services →Lead capture that cannot lose a lead, client portals, documents and compliance pages.
Questions
Before you pick one.
What if my trade is not one of the seven?
Most of what we build is bespoke, so the trade matters less than how the business runs. The seven pages exist because those are the trades we have built for often enough to say something specific; a business outside them gets the same process, starting from how the work actually flows rather than from a template.
Are these pages the same copy with the trade swapped?
No, and that is the point of having them. Each is written from our own build notes for that trade, and each carries the rules that bind it: PPDS labelling for a bakery, the 14-day cancellation period for a boutique, UK GDPR controller duties for a professional firm. The pages disagree with each other in places, because the trades do.
Do you name your clients on these pages?
Only the two with published case studies. Everything else is described without identifying anybody, which is why no page here needed anyone’s permission. If you would rather not appear anywhere, that is the default and it stays that way.
Not on the list?
Most of what we build is bespoke anyway. Tell us how your business runs and we will tell you what it would take.
