Then we build the smallest system that removes it, keep a human in the loop wherever a mistake would be expensive, and measure whether it is actually faster. If it is not, we say so.

Is our data used to train anyone else’s model?
No. We build on business tiers where your data is not used for training, and we scope exactly what is sent, what is stored and for how long before anything goes live.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design for that from the start. Anything with a real cost attached keeps a human approval step, every output is traceable back to its source, and confidence thresholds route the uncertain cases to a person rather than through them.
Do we need AI at all?
Often not. Plenty of problems people bring to us as AI problems are really automation or integration problems, and a rules-based system is cheaper, faster and more predictable. We will tell you when that is the case.
