Four calculators,
and nothing to sign up for.

Four calculators, each answering a question we get asked in a first meeting, using your numbers rather than an industry average. Where a figure has to be assumed it is published and named — Uber Eats, for instance, lists 30% excluding VAT for its own delivery and 13% for collection, while Just Eat and Deliveroo publish no UK rate at all. Everything is worked out in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask us for a plan.

Questions

About these calculators.

Do I have to give you my email to use them?

No. There is no sign-up, no email gate and no download. Every calculation happens in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to ask us for a plan at the end of it.

Where do the assumed figures come from?

Published sources, named on the page that uses them. Uber Eats is the only UK aggregator that publishes a list rate — 30% excluding VAT for its own delivery, 13% for self-delivery and pickup — so where Just Eat or Deliveroo is concerned the tool asks you for your own contracted rate rather than inventing one.

Are these tools trying to sell me something?

They are trying to answer the question properly, including when the answer is that your current setup is fine. The till calculator will tell you a subscription is cheaper over three years when it is, and the commission calculator will show a number small enough not to act on if that is what your volumes say.

Want one of these for your own customers?

An estimator or a quote tool on your own site is usually the most-used page we build. Tell us the sum and we will build it.
