We build point of sale as part of the same system as everything else: one product list, one set of prices, one stock count, one day's takings. Change a price once and it changes on the till, the kiosk and the website together. Staff train on it in an afternoon because it is laid out the way your counter actually works, not the way a generic package assumed. It runs on hardware you can buy anywhere, and there is no per-terminal monthly fee waiting to grow with you.

Before you ask.
Do we need to buy specific hardware?
No. It runs in a browser on a standard touchscreen terminal, an iPad or a cheap Android tablet, and works with common thermal printers, cash drawers and card terminals. If you already have hardware, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-service?
The till keeps taking orders and printing, queues what it cannot send, and syncs when the connection returns. Losing broadband should not mean losing service.
Can it work with our online ordering?
That is the main reason to build it this way. Online orders appear in the same queue as counter orders, stock decrements once, and the end-of-day report covers both without anyone adding numbers up by hand.
Can you replace the EPOS we are already paying for?
Usually, and the monthly licence is often what makes it worth doing. We audit what you have, migrate the products and history, and run both side by side until you are confident.
