Software left static becomes a liability.
We keep yours evolving.

The businesses that scale fastest treat software as infrastructure, not a one-off project. Our retainers keep your systems evolving alongside your business.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does a retainer actually cover?
Keeping the thing running and keeping it moving. That means hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and fixing anything that breaks, plus an agreed amount of development each month for changes and new features. The split between the two is set by what you need rather than by a package.
Do we have to take a retainer?
No. Every project includes 30 days on call after launch at no extra cost, and plenty of clients stop there. A retainer is for systems that keep changing because the business keeps changing.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Anything that stops you trading is looked at the same working day, and usually much sooner, because we are monitoring it and often know before you do. Smaller things are batched into the normal run of work rather than pretending everything is an emergency.
What if we want to take support elsewhere?
You can. You already own the code and the infrastructure, and we hand over documentation and access rather than making the exit awkward. A retainer you stay in because leaving is painful is not a retainer worth having.
