Are we locked in to you?
No. The code is yours, it lives in a repository you own, and it runs on standard infrastructure. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we will help you do it cleanly. Retainers keep clients because leaving is easy, not because it is hard.
Can you take over a system we did not build with you?
Usually. We start with an audit — what it runs on, what state it is in, what it would cost to make safe — and give you the honest version, including if the answer is that it is not worth saving.
What about GDPR?
We design for it: data minimised, access controlled, encrypted in transit and at rest, retention thought about before launch rather than after a complaint. We are not your data protection officer, but you will not be starting from zero.
