Web design for Jeddah.
Port trade, wholesale and compliant paperwork.
The Jeddah enquiries that reach us are trade rather than retail: import, wholesale, distribution and the businesses that supply them. That combination — a trade portal and a regulated invoice — is a specific build, because a wholesale system generates a great many invoices and every one of them has to satisfy the same rules as a shop receipt.
Start a projectWholesale at scale under an e-invoicing regime
The problems that only appear when the invoice is regulated and there are hundreds of them a week.
Volume turns a small error into a systemic one
A retail business issuing a wrong invoice fixes one. A wholesaler issuing the same wrong format across a week of trade has a reconciliation project. Validation has to happen before the document is issued, not after.
Credit notes and part deliveries
Trade reality is short shipments, returns and price corrections, and each produces a document with its own rules. A system that only models a clean sale cannot cope with a trade counter.
The format is specified, so generate it
Prescribed format, additional fields and integration with Fatoora. That means the document comes out of the system to a specification rather than out of a designer’s template.
Your wave is notified individually
ZATCA notifies at least six months before the integration date. For a wholesale system that is a realistic but tight window, so the system design should anticipate it rather than wait for the letter.

- Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (Saudi Arabia), E-invoicing: the Integration Phase requires invoices in a prescribed format, extra invoice fields and integration with Fatoora, rolled out in waves from 1 January 2023
- Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (Saudi Arabia), Wave 25: VAT-subject revenue above SAR 187,500 in 2022 to 2025, integrated with the Fatoora platform by 1 February 2027, with at least six months’ notice to later waves
The trade portal half
- A price per account Negotiated trade pricing attached to the login, so a customer never sees a price that is not theirs.
- Reorder in one tap The most-used button in any wholesale portal is "same as last time", in every country we have built one.
- Arabic end to end Portal, invoice, statement and delivery note. A portal in Arabic that emails an English invoice has solved the easy half.
- Statements per account Monthly, per customer, because that is what gets trade accounts paid.
When we are the wrong firm for this
We are not a certified Saudi e-invoicing provider, and for pure compliance you should buy a local certified product. We are also the wrong firm if you need customs, freight documentation or port systems — that is specialist software with deep local integration and we would be guessing.
Where we are useful is the trade portal, the ordering, the stock and the internal screens, built so the compliant invoice falls out of them correctly.
Before you ask.
Can a wholesale portal produce compliant Saudi invoices?
Do you handle customs and freight documentation?
Can trade customers each have their own prices?
- Riyadh →The same regime, from the retail and operations side.
- Food producers →Supplying other businesses, as a system.
- Doha →Doha systems built for a Gulf where each country’s invoicing regime differs.
- Manama →Bahrain systems built around the NBR’s actual registration thresholds, including the non-resident rule.
