Web design for Dubai.
Starting with the e-invoicing deadline.
If you are building or replacing a business system in Dubai in 2026, the single most important thing on the page is not design. The UAE is implementing a national electronic invoicing system on an OpenPeppol five-corner model, and the dates are published: an Accredited Service Provider appointed by 30 October 2026 for businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more, with go-live on 1 January 2027. Any system taking B2B invoices in Dubai is being built into that.
Start a projectThe UAE e-invoicing timetable, from the Ministry
Read from the Ministry of Finance on 31 October 2026. These dates have already moved once, so check them again before you commit a project plan to them.
The model is Peppol, five-corner
Invoices pass through accredited service providers rather than being filed directly, and the Ministry reports the five-corner model operational since the pilot began in July 2026. That architecture decides how your system has to be built, not just what it has to report.
AED 50 million and above
A service provider appointed by 30 October 2026 — brought forward from the 31 July date in the original decision — with mandatory go-live on 1 January 2027.
Below AED 50 million
A service provider appointed by 31 March 2027 and go-live by 1 July 2027. Government entities follow by 1 October 2027.
Scope is B2B and B2G
All persons conducting business in the UAE, for business-to-business and business-to-government transactions, with specific exclusions. A consumer-facing shop is a different question from a trade portal.

Building properly in Arabic, not translating into it
The difference between a bilingual system and an English system with Arabic text in it shows up in a week.
- Right to left is a layout, not a font The whole interface mirrors: navigation, tables, progress, icons with direction in them, the side a number sits on. Retrofitting this onto a finished English design is more work than building it in from the start.
- Numerals and dates are a decision Western or Eastern Arabic numerals, Gregorian or Hijri dates, and which appears where. It has to be decided deliberately, not inherited from a library default.
- Names, addresses and search Arabic names search badly against Latin-only indexes. If customers will be looked up by name, that is a database decision made at the beginning.
- Print and receipts too A kitchen ticket, an invoice and a delivery note all have to render in both languages, and thermal printers are the hardest part of that.
How we work four hours ahead
- A real overlap, stated Dubai mornings are our early mornings and your afternoon is our midday. We commit to a window rather than promising the illusion of being always available.
- Sunday to Thursday, where it matters Weekends do not line up. For anything operational we work to your trading week, not ours, and say which days we are reachable.
- Everything in writing At this distance an unrecorded verbal agreement becomes two different projects. Decisions go in writing the same day.
When we are the wrong firm for this
If you need a supplier with a UAE trade licence, a local entity or a physical presence for procurement, we do not qualify and you will find that out at the paperwork stage rather than the design stage — so ask us in the first conversation. If you need an accredited e-invoicing service provider, that is a licensed role and we are not one; we build the system that talks to one. And if the work is hardware across several Dubai sites, the travel makes us the wrong choice.
We are worth a call for the software: the platform, the portal, the integration and the admin, built to meet rules we have actually read.
Before you ask.
Does the UAE e-invoicing mandate affect our system?
Are you an accredited service provider?
Can you build the site in Arabic and English?
- Custom software →When no product fits the way you actually work.
- Integrations and data →Making systems that were never meant to talk, talk.
- Abu Dhabi →Abu Dhabi systems built for business-to-government invoicing and the UAE e-invoicing timetable.
- Riyadh →Riyadh systems built around ZATCA Fatoora integration, with the wave thresholds stated.
